WOMEN LIVE THE DREAM

The ship of dreams was divinely intended. We came on board as solid colors and became shades of one another..as intended. We came as mighty spokes in a wheel-each with her own skill sets, each with independence. And together, interdependently, we created a wheel, capable of moving forward as one, with the strength of each spoke and Valma as the sturdy hub. Yes, this was about learning to sail and developing new skill sets to add to our baskets and CV's. And the super consciousness value was in raising our vibrations to not just function as one - in concert, to come about, but to think as one and truly mirror the best of each and every one of us back to ourselves.

As our captain and cheerleader, Valma kept us on a positive "keel" and always kept us on the boat, never allowing us to go back to our fears of being 'not enough' that existed in our past. She kept us in the present, grounded in the now.

Yes, we were in the British Virgin Islands physically but we started each day in China, Tibet and India as the sun shone on our faces during our morning practices. An then we floated through the day with a basic direction but with the flexibility to make course corrections as the Universe presented opportunities. Talk about going with the flow, capturing the wind, making the most of the moment.

Valma enlivened each and every one of us with her infections persona and empowered us to always see the glass half full with her "Posinyms". By example and inherent wisdom we became the competent, focused, joyful, energetic and powerful sailors we set out to be in just 7 days.

This experience can not be conveyed, it can only be felt. I know it will survive Alzheimer's in my memory bank. Thanks for the bottom of my heart. Cynthia Lynn - Vermont

This was a magical, amazing, sailing voyage. Veni, Vidi, Navigati! It was so incredible to watch 6 women come together and learn to sail under such a safe, patient and enthusiastic direction. We all learned so much about sailing and cruising. All of the aspects of cruising like going through customs to sail from the BVI to the US Virgins, the protocol of mooring and sail trimming were included in the program. The Yoga and Chi Gung in the morning was an unexpected gift. Each day I watched as we all learned more, stretched ourselves, deepened and, opened. The improvement to my health was profound. The personal growth was also profound. One would expect that 7 people living in such close quarters would not have an easy time of connection, but it was such a bonding experience.
