Skipper, Instructor and Coach aboard your boat!
- Day sessions for individuals or groups, on our boat, yours or a chartered vessel. Great for teaching or refreshing specific skills such as docking, reefing, or person overboard maneuvers and recovery.We specialize in empowering women to feel confident to sail their own boat as well as working with couples to enjoy the sailng experience together. - Follow-up sail training or coaching a aboard your boat to help transfer the skills from your course or hire our professional instructor-skipper / coaches to support you on a cruise and learn aboard a chartered or your own vessel. by taking a minimum of five days of instruction unless

have previous boating knowledge, skill and/or
experience: these prices are additional to all sail training programs unless stated as CYA programs in the schedule. Can be added to all women sailing adventure programs.
CYA (Canadian Yachting Association) Learn to Cruise Standards - Sail

Basic Crew Standard
To be able to act as competent crew while cruising safely in familiar waters aboard a sloop-rigged keelboat of six to 10 meters in moderate wind and sea conditions by day. Includes CYA Study Guide, written exam, CYA Logbook, plus seal and registration with BC Sailing for successful candidates.
Additional $85 CDN for successful candidates.

To be able to cruise safely in familiar waters as both skipper and crew of a sloop-rigged keelboat of six to 10 metres in moderate wind and sea conditions by day. Includes CYA Study Guide, written exam, CYA Logbook, plus seal and registration with BC Sailing for successful candidates.
Additional $95 CDN for successful candidates.

Intermediate Crew Standard (Bareboat Crew - Sail)
To be able to act as competent crew while cruising in familiar waters aboard a sailing yacht of eight to 12 metres in moderate wind and sea conditions by day. Emphassizes on the -water skills at level acceptable for bareboat chartering. Includes CYA Study Guide, written exam, CYA Logbook, plus seal and registration with BC Sailing for successful candidates.
Additional $95 CDN for successful candidates.

- Advanced Cruising Standard
To be able to act as competent crew while cruising aboard a sailing cruiser of eight to 15 metres, operating by day and night in coastal or inland water in any weather.

- CYA / Coast Guard Card Pleasure Craft Operator Card
To meet the mandatory proficiency requirement of the Canadian Coast Guard to operate a pleasure craft fitted with a motor.
Additional $65 CDN. Includes Study Guide and written exam Pleasure Craft Operator Card for successful candidates. $45 if taking an additional course.
