I AM - HAS MAGIC

Hola to all of you that follow the newsletters and have or are about to experience a HERIZEN™ Adventure.

I just returned from incredible sailing adventures in the Virgin Islands and on Saturday will head over to sail the Sea of Cortez. Presently, I am at my property near Todos Santos in Baja. The weather is fantastic and life truly is a gift to behold.

Happy Spring! The Equinox and full moon was the most profound that I have every experienced. I went camping with friends on the Espiritu Santos Island located in the Sea of Cortez. It was hot, beautiful and magical.

I am feeling very grateful for all of you that send me emails, best wishes, share your stories and participate in adventures. Because of this we are all more in harmony with nature and creating a better life for ourselves, the world and the universe. Thank you!

*Anyone interested in a Sailing Adventure in TURKEY?!

Turkey this summer, last part of July or first part of August. I have the opportunity to sail the 52 foot J-SEA (this is the boat I sailed in the Virgins last year) she has a home base in Turkey now. The dates are not finalized as I am just putting it out to see how many women are really interested in committing. I have so many asking...here is the opportunity.

Many of the programs are expanding now to include sailing, yoga, wellness, culture and adventure. Many of the yoga retreats are now a multi sport adventure including kayaking, hiking, yoga, cooking and wellness aspects to enhance the experience. I AM ADVENTUROUS!

Here is the most recent schedule of events for 2008. I am finalizing the dates now for many of them.

*Sailing Adventures in the Gulf Islands BC - a few space remaining in June and the end of August

*Yoga Teacher Training 12 day intensive on Vancouver Island last part of July or first part of August

*Turkey July or August - to be confirmed

*Eco-Adventure in Newfoundland Gros Morne National Park - first week of September dates to be confirmed

*Sailing Adventure in Belize - first part of November dates to be confirmed

*Yoga Eco Jungle Adventure in Belize November dates to be confirmed

The Grand Event - I am turning 50 on January 9th. I am planning the adventure of a lifetime.. Stay tuned.
