HERIZEN™ Sailing for Women I love my life! Blessings, fair winds and abundance throughout every day of your New Year 2007. I hold the vision that each of you have taken a moment to envision how 2007 will unfold for you. Know that I have faith in you and believe that you can DO, BE and HAVE it all. Anything is possible and miracles can happen overnight. I am harmonious, happy and Divinely magnetic, and now draw to me my ships over a calm sea. Presently, I am in Mexico at my property just outside Todos Santos in Baja California, Mexico. I am over joyed with the abundance, women and opportunities that I have attracted and manifested. Life is fun to create and every day is more than I can imagine. I truly love my life! Thank you for being a part of it. Today, my life is filled with sailing, surfing, fishing, theatre, yoga, friends and visions of new sailing destinations. The magic of sailing in Belize in November or December is coming to my mind's eye. I will give you an update in the upcoming newsletter. They are very fun to sail, especially while watching the migration of the humpback whales going by. Our property is at Las Playitas (little beaches) outside Todos Santos, a quaint tropical oasis in the desert on the west side of southern Baja near Cabo San Lucus. We are very close to some of the best surfing and my husband and I fish with the locals from the beach during the sun set hours in front of our property. My husband Clayton and I often pinch ourselves with delight while eating fish being cooked over an open fire. The creative and expressive aspect of who I am is unfolding and I am grateful to have attracted the opportunity to participate in two play performances here in Todos Santos. One is called Buddha and the Bellydancer which is being performed at private parties and boutique hotels with up to 50 people. All at magical locations. The other production is a major musical performance called Nunsense and it will be performed at the Todos Santos historical theatre on January 27th. It holds 300 people and tickets are almost sold out. I am in the chorus and having a blast. We have been practicing every few days for months now. They call me Sister Hari Kari. Hmm mm Capt. Sister Hari Kari....my new alias. It is so much fun and I am elated. Mostly, the experience has reminded me that full expression of ourselves is key to a richer more full filling life. My heart stays open and I feel more connected and authentic This year, my intention is to express rather than impress. Yoga has been a daily practice and I set up an outdoor studio on my property with clients coming from around the area. I have also been assisting yoga teacher training's with my beloved friend and associate Skyy Della. I now hold both Iyengar and Ashtanga teacher training certifications and my experience with my own practice and teaching has helped me immensely in developing a practice on the boat and sharing it with other sailors. La Paz, which is the sailing haven in this area is only one hour away from where I live and it has been great to expand my knowledge and client base in this area. So many people want to learn how to incorporate exercise techniques while on the boat. I will sail out of La Paz with a full crew of women aboard a 43 foot Out Islander Morgan Ketch named "Seascape" in March of this year. I am now preparing the next newsletter to send out filled with exciting information and opportunities. It would mean a lot to me if you could help me out. There is a list of books and movies that are offered as suggested reading from ladies that are on the mailing list. These books are ones that have touched their lives in some way and are related to sailing or the sea and there is also a section on self-awareness. I would like to expand this list to include reading material on nutrition and exercise while on board and in general. I am excited about the next adventure. I will be leaving to sail in the British Virgin Islands on February 6th and fly back to Mexico March 11th to pick up the boat in La Paz to sail the Sea of Cortez through until March 24th.
